As per USDA guidelines, the following menus offer 5 food components for lunch: meat, grain, vegetable, fruit, and milk. In grades K-12, Saltillo ISD allows a student to decline 2 of these components but one of their choices must be fruit or vegetable to be a reimbursable meal, otherwise, a la carte pricing will be charged. During breakfast, students must choose 3 of the 4 items offered for a meal to be reimbursable.

- Reduced Breakfast $.30 daily; $1.50 per week
- Lunch $2.60 daily; $13.00 per week
- Reduced Lunch $.40 daily; $2.00 per week
- Adults/Visitors $3.50 daily
